Between the ruffle detail, the pin stripes, and the price, I just can’t get enough of this darling off the shoulder dress. It is really easy for me to spend money on pieces that I know I will wear all year round, but when it comes to summer trends, sometimes it can be a little harder for me to buy those items that I love. 
But at $15, you just can’t go wrong. Pair it with sandals and sunnies, and you’re ready for summer.
