Who’s ready for summer? I am so excited! I absolutely love Summer even though Las Vegas is a little too hot for me. One of my favorite things to do is to go on fun outings with the family to escape that Las Vegas heat. Today I’m sharing a fun little summer essentials checklist complete with some of my absolute favorite summertime things.
Summer Essentials Checklist
A Swimsuit.This is my favorite one piece ever! To be honest, I’m not a huge one piece swimsuit fan, but this is one of my top summer essentials! The lines in the suit are so flattering and slimming, and it comes in some fun new colors this year.
A Hat. I love a good sun hat! There are so many fun and affordable options this year. See some of my top picks below!
Beach Bag I absolutely love my beach bag pictured above. I always receive questions on where it’s from! You can find it here. It’s always nice to have a big roomy bag to throw all of your pool essentials in. I love that this one is pretty flimsy, making it really easy to travel with!
A Light Weight Cover Up. This is one of my favorite cover ups. I bought it last year, and I wear it all the time. I love how flowy and light weight it is!
A Cute Pair Of Sandals. The pair pictured above are from Soft Surroundings, the same place as my beach bag! They come in a few colors and I love them SO much that I’ve been thinking about getting a second pair. See some of my other favorites below.
Sunglasses (All under $100!) Sunglasses definitely make the summer essentials cut. I tend to prefer sunglasses that are on the more affordable side. I am linking to some of my favorites that are under $100! It’s nice to not stress too much about them getting a scratch on them or breaking. (Michael once broke one of my favorite pairs of designer sunglasses and I learned my lesson.)
A Pair of Jean Shorts. I know this one is debatable, but I love a good pair of denim shorts! I love being able to throw them on over my swimsuit and head to the beach or pool. (I think they look so cute with my black one piece!) There are so many styles right now including boyfriend, distressed, Bermuda, cuffed, etc. See some of my favorites below… how cute are the cactus shorts!?
