So you’re headed to Napa in the colder months and you’re not quite sure what to wear. I feel you. Packing is HARD sometimes, especially when you’re piecing together chilly weather outfits! Here are 6 outfit ideas for what to wear in Napa in January including a few of my favorite travel pieces and a few things I would do differently. What to Wear in Napa in January:
Since it gets chilly in Napa in January I suggest finding a pair of booties (or 2) that will match all of your outfits! One mistake I made was bringing a cute pair of open toe heels which were cute but not warm enough for the occasion. I felt warm enough in sweater dresses and sweaters but should have brought a coat to go over my other dresses. I suggest bringing one versatile jacket or coat that matches your dresses and tops that are not as warm. Well let’s get right too it! Here’s what I wore to Napa!
A Travel Outfit
This has been my go-to travel outfit on my last 2 trips! Leggings, the best cardigan ever, this boyfriend tee (I have this in 3 colors and wear a size 2 for the perfect slightly loose fit!) and golden goose sneakers. It’s cute enough to grab a bite to eat but comfy enough to sleep in on the plane.
What to Wear in Napa in January: Sweater Dress + Crossbody Bag
You’ll want to be handsfree, so a small crossbody will get the job done! I have gotten so much use out of my Gucci camera bag.
What to Wear in Napa in January: Satin Skirt and Sweater
I LOVE this skirt! It looks cute with a graphic too. They are so affordable and so cute. Quick Tip: If your sweater looks bulky tucked into your sweater, try tucking your sweater into your bra in the front if it is long enough to do so!
