Well, it’s been a long time coming. I finally posted my first workout video to YouTube! I’m so excited and I hope you guys love it. I feel that videos are much more helpful than posting photos of different exercises. I am constantly asked to post workouts for women, and I am going to do my best to deliver!
Stair Workout
Complete this set 4 times. In between each set I rested for about 2 minutes. All you need for this stair workout is you and a set of stairs!

Outfit Details
