Today I’m excited to share my top tips to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!

New to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is a one of a kind sale where Nordstrom partners with brands to feature NEW items at a major discount. Many of the items are exclusive to the sale which means once they are officially sold out, there’s no finding them in other stores. After the sale is over, the items are marked back up to full price. Rather than putting old end of season merchandise up for sale, they’ve got all of the things you may need to prepare for Fall and Winter, with a few summer pieces in the mix as well.
Do you have a Nordstrom card?
A Nordstrom card allows you to have “early access” to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. You will hear the terms “early access” and “public sale” quite a bit. “Public sale” is when anyone with or without a Nordstrom card can shop. I’ve had my Nordstrom card for 6 years now. The main purpose I signed up was for early access to the Anniversary sale (it is that good) and to earn Nordstrom Notes. Nordstrom notes are basically like gift cards that you earn when you accumulate points from shopping.
The levels have switched. What once used to be levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 are now Member (1), Insider, Influencer (2), Ambassador (3), and Icon(4). This is important to know because Icons and Ambassadors have a special day to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale before all levels can shop! Just another benefit to accumulating those Nordstrom Points!

Start Making a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Wishlist
The catalog is here! I will share my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale wishlist with you soon! I include items that I love in the catalog as well as a list of things I would like to add to my wardrobe i.e. if I need more plain t shirts, a new pair of jeans, etc. Going in with a game plan is so helpful. I always love sharing my wishlist with you guys!

I have been shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for 7 years now, and I also used to work for Nordstrom. Let’s just say I have worked 4 Nordstrom Anniversary Sales and man does it feel good to share the sale from behind my computer compared to running around the store with my customers. Don’t get me wrong, I love my old clients, but many of them go to my blog now to find my recommendations. I will take you guys through the sale the best way I know how, and will share my insights to what will sell out, what will be restocked, and the products that are top sellers every single year. To be honest the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is such a rare sale. You want to be shopping as soon as you possibly can! At least that’s how I feel about it.
July 9: Icons (previously known as Level 4 day)
7/10-7/11: Icons & Ambassadors
7/12-7/19: Early Access for all card holders
7/19-8/4: Public sales begin
