Typically I stick to pretty neutral colors, but every once in a while I like to switch things up. I saw this red spring dress at Nordstrom the day it arrived in stores. I debated and debated if I wanted it. Each time I went back into the store (I go there a lot 😉), I would go look at it. Well, I finally decided to buy it.

I am a pretty indecisive person, but usually when it comes to clothes, I know what I want. I realized I was so hesitant because I’m not one to wear much red. Then I realized that I didn’t have a single red thing in my closet. As much as I love my neutrals, it’s always fun to incorporate some color for Spring and Summer.

It is so lightweight, and will be perfect on those hot summer days when the last thing you want is tight clothing around you. The high low detail is perfect for showing off shoes. (It looks great with flat sandals as well!) I am pretty excited about this adorable red Spring dress.

These photos were taken during our trip to Cabo a few weeks ago. I keep reminiscing how much fun we had on our trip. Our hotel was in such a perfect location. We stayed at Playa Grande, a huge resort located on a private beach. The resort was just a few minute walk away from the marina, the rooms were huge, and the pools and views were incredible. We really loved the location because we could walk everywhere. (The food… not so great, but we prefer exploring local restaurants anyways.)
