Every time I rock the overalls, people seem sort of intrigued by them. I would be rich if I had a quarter each time someone told me they wish they could pull off wearing overalls. Listen here my friends: you. can. do. it.

How to wear your overalls:

Overalls are a go-to for me because they are such an easy look to put together. There are a few different ways to style them. You can do an ultra casual look, like my look today. I also love wearing a striped shirt, bright pink lips, and sandals or Birkenstocks in the summer. Lastly, I love dressing up a pair of distressed. Pair them with a blouse and pointed toe pumps for a completely different feel. Oh, and you can also use short overalls as a swimsuit coverup ( I also love this pair as a coverup).

Overalls come in all shapes and sizes:

There are so many options when it comes to choosing the right style for you. Distressed, boyfriend, full length , cropped (like mine), skinnies, denim, shorts, dresses, cotton, black, white, …. you get my point. So if you’ve ever tried on a pair and are convinced overalls just aren’t for you, you may have just tried on a funky pair.

Finding the right pair:

Just like denim, overalls range big time from $50 to around $250. Depending on what you’re looking for, you can get away wit ha $50 pair. I have my nice Madewell overalls (featured above) and I also have a $50 distressed pair. They fit completely different. With a boyfriend style fit, it is easier to go with a cheaper brand, similar to if you were shopping for jeans. I’ve rounded up a few overall favorites below. (While rounding up different styles, I found this white distressed pair on sale and ordered them. I’m so excited!)

XOXO
