Yesterday called for some inspirational reading, french macarons, and some hot chocolate. Before you turn around and think this book doesn’t apply to you or that you don’t want to be a boss of any sort, wait! This book is for you! #GIRLBOSS is the success story of Sophia Amoruso, founder and CEO of Nasty Gal. I’m not much of a reader, but I kept hearing about her book and decided to order a copy for myself.  She turned her hobby of selling vintage fashion items on Ebay into one of the fastest growing companies in America. Her honesty, humor, and determination amazes me. Whether you’re looking to start up a company, become a more productive person, or raise the bar at whatever it is you do, I highly suggest this book!

This week has been pretty crazy! We’ve had a few different projects around the house including painting our kitchen cabinets white (obsessed), installing crown moulding downstairs, and painting. I will post a photo once it’s all done! I can’t believe Thanksgiving is next week! You know what that means…amazing food … and of course BLACK FRIDAY and CYBER MONDAY.
