Embroidered Swim CoverUp

A major perk about living in Las Vegas is that friends visit quite often! One of my good friends is in town for the week and I went to visit her yesterday at her hotel. I wore this cute maxi dress turned swim coverup to the pool and received SO many questions about it! No one believed me when I told them it was only $29. With Michael teething and Brett at work for a few days, it was so nice to pretend I was on vacation for a few hours at the pool! The pool action is continuing today because it’s our anniversary! I am wearing a size small in the cover up and it fits perfectly. It even comes with a stretchy slip to wear underneath that I’m excited to wear under my other sheer swim coverups too. I love the embroidered detail. Embroidery is a huge trend this season. It looks great on shirts and dresses, and I personally can’t get enough of it! It adds a fun ethnic tropical feel to your look!

You won’t believe the price on the cover up. Brett cracks up about how my mind works with coupon codes. If he asks how much something was, I don’t just say the final price. I say It was on sale for $29, plus an additional 40%. Am I the only one?

Lastly, I really love this coverup because it actually covers you up. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun to have cute strappy swim coverups… but when I’ve been in the sun all day I prefer something that will actually COVER up my shoulders and shield me from the sun a little bit.
