I’m all about a good, practical, everyday outfit. Joggers are an absolute dream article of clothing, and I have received a ton of questions lately about how to style them. I love finding versatile pieces that can be dressed multiple ways, and today I’m sharing how to take your jogger outfit from day to night in a few simple steps.

Jogger Outfit by Day

Step 1: Find a good pair of joggers. I absolutely love this pair from Thacker New York. Things I look for when I am shopping for a good pair of joggers include fit, comfort, and material. I’m all for investing in basics that I will wear over and over again rather than investing in pieces I will only wear a couple times. I literally want all of the essentials from Thacker.

Step 2: Decide what type of look you’re going for. I’m a huge huge fan of the sneaker and baseball cap trend, so I opted for a casual sporty look. Essentially, all you need is a good tee front tucked with a fun pair of shoes and your jogger outfit is complete.

These joggers would also look great paired with a white tee, a tan bag and sandals. Don’t overthink the jogger outfit… just keep it simple!

Jogger Outfit by Night

I love dressing up casual comfy pieces, so I decided to take my jogger outfit from day to night with a few simple changes: heels, a blazer from Thacker, and a simple necklace to tie it all together.

Sometimes a simple accessory can make all the difference! I love the play on lengths with the shirt tucked into the joggers, the long line blazer, and the necklace.

You may have noticed this cute bag. It is the same bag that was in my casual jogger outfit, but with the cross body strap tucked in. Genius! It perfectly transforms from mom life to date night with the change of the straps.

I am almost positive you can get away with wearing this outfit to work. Sweatpants to work, anyone?
