Baby Gift Ideas
It’s safe to say this boy doubled his toy collection during the month of December, and he’s pretty excited about it. To be honest, I was blown away by the quality of his new goodies from Finn + Emma, and today I wanted to highlight a few of our favorites. Before I had a baby, I always struggled with nice baby gift ideas, but now I have SO many recommendations!
For the baby who likes everything except actual toys:
Let me start off by saying it is really rare to find toys that this boy likes. He’s all about trying to get his hands on cords, wires, anything that will shatter, and dirty shoes. He rarely finds interest in actual toys , but he LOVES his new knit elephant rattle buddy. His eyes just light up whenever they play.
For the teething baby:
His wood teething rattle is a toy that moms always stop to ask me about when we’re out and about! I honestly haven’t seen any other rattles like these. It is made from untreated Indian hardwood and finished with vegetable seed wax, and filled with beans. He can chew it, shake it, and tote it around everywhere we go. Talk about a perfect baby gift idea for a teether! We went with the totem pole teether which matches his buttery soft organic cotton pajamas. I love these pajamas because they’re cute enough to throw moccasins on and head out the door for the day. When baby boy is comfy, it makes running errands a breeze.
For the expecting mom:
Finn + Emma is definitely Michael approved and as a mom I love that they are organic, eco-friendly, and actually look cute in our home! If you’re searching for a high end gift for a baby shower, these play gyms are incredible. Unfortunately I discovered them after Michael was too big for one, but I definitely plan on getting one next time!
