This past weekend my husband and I headed to Arizona for a few days. It was the most last minute trip of my life, but we had such a blast. We didn’t have anything planned other than our friend’s wedding and relaxing. The night we arrived we attended the wedding. It was at the most beautiful country club, which made for an amazing wedding venue. We weren’t supposed to take photos once the wedding started so we snuck a few in right before! After the wedding we stopped by the Gilbert, Arizona LDS Temple.

On the second day we explored Scottsdale, AZ. After some sleeping in and shopping, we ended up in Old Town Scottsdale. Old Town Scottsdale is filled with restaurants and cute little shops. We walked around and I even convinced my husband to get a pedicure …(he would be so embarrassed if he knew I wrote this!) The next morning we decided to stop at the Hoover Dam on our way home. I’m not sure what exactly I was expecting, but it was a little bit uneventful. We had fun taking lots of “Dam Selfies.” 😉

One of my favorite comfy brands to travel in is Zella by Nordstrom, pictured above. 9 days until Christmas! I’m completely done with my Christmas shopping and it feels so good!
