Good morning! Thank you for all of the questions you sent in to ask Rachel Zoe. The Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation Super Saturday event in Las Vegas was a huge hit. To read part I of my recap of the event click here. RZ is such a chic and accomplished mom. Between her NY Times best seller, clothing lines, her new tv show airing Sept 24, her involvement in organizations like the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, and involvement in the fashion industry, she still manages to put family first. During her interviews she said that family is everything to her which makes me love her even more. I couldn’t wait to ask her family and mommy questions since I have my first baby on the way! (135 days until my due date!)

Favorite place to travel as a family?
“St. Barts. It’s THE best.”
What trends stood out to you at NYFW?
“There were a lot of dominant trends. I saw a lot of lace, ruffles, fringe, and a lot of romanticism and femininity. It was a really great season.”
What is your everyday go-to “momiform”?
“I would say black trousers of some sort. A high waisted tuxedo pant with some kind of great jacket. It’s my go-to. Its comfortable and easy.”
So many people look up to you into the fashion industry, but who is it that inspires you?
“You know, so many people. Different people inspire me for different reasons. There’s Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, Ricardo Tisci [Givenchy creative], and of course there are many incredible women in fashion who have been around for so long and are so amazing at what they do. I could go on for days.”
As I mentioned in Part I of my OCRF Super Saturday recap, Rachel Zoe was dressed in a top and skirt from her collection. I’ve linked to a few of my favorite pieces of hers below.
What’s next for RZ?
Don’t miss her show Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe airing TOMORROW (September 24) on Lifetime. She also mentioned she is going to be starting on a new book soon! I can’t wait. I absolutely love her latest book Living in Style.
A lot of people asked me what I wore to the event. I had the sweet ladies at Burberry take a photo of me shopping after to document my outfit. Unfortunately she cut off my amazing Jeffrey Campbell shoes, but it’s ok. 😉 This ASOS dress is to die for. It is so so comfortable and is available in maternity and non maternity. All of the outfit details can be found below.

I think it’s St. Bart’s you meant. 😉 I have a vacation spot there.
You are so right! Thanks for the correction. You are one lucky guy to have a vacation spot there!
